  • Leading non-alc beverage platform The Zero Proof has acquired The New Bar, a non-alc drink discovery platform. Founded in 2022 by Brianda Gonzalez, The New Bar started as a bottle shop in L.A. before becoming the first non-alcoholic partner of Coachella. The company also develops hospitality programs for leading venues and restaurants. PR Newswire

Fundraising

  • The Coconut Cult secured $12.5M in equipment financing from Bridge Finance Group, a Dallas-based private credit firm focused on high-growth CPG companies. Coconut Cult will use the financing to expand into a larger 300,000-square-foot manufacturing facility in Utah. The company recently jumped from the natural channel into mass retail and demand for its products has surged. Coconut Cult grew 142% in 2025 and expects to grow another 90% this year. Instagram

  • California-based tequila brand Los Sundays secured a significant investment from Paul & Melissa Meehan, the co-founders of NĂśTRL Vodka Soda. Paul & Melissa scaled NĂśTRL into the #1 vodka soda in Canada and the #2 vodka soda in the U.S. AB InBev purchased the company in 2020. Los Sundays is gearing up to launch in Canada and the Meehans will provide strategic guidance.   • Better-for-you cookie brand Maxine’s Heavenly raised just under $3M in fresh capital. Blueberry Capital led the round while Listen Ventures, Rocana Ventures, Paperboy Ventures, and others participated. Maxine’s Heavenly recently acquired a manufacturing facility and expects to do $7.5M in net sales this year, up from $2.4M in 2025. Nosh
