  • Todo Verde, Nemi Snacks, and TUYYO are merging to form a Latina-founded food & beverage platform. Todo specializes in chef-crafted seasonings, Nemi produces Mexican-inspired snacks, while TUYYO is an agua fresca drink mix brand. LinkedIn

  • B&G Foods is acquiring several brands from Del Monte Foods via the latter’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy proceedings. B&G Foods will shell out $110M in cash to acquire Kitchen Basics and College Inn, two bone broth & cooking stock brands. Business Wire

  • SpikedAde, a vodka-based, sports drink-inspired RTD cocktail brand, secured $10M in funding from undisclosed investors. The company’s leadership team consists of execs from OWYN, Bai, and Diageo.
