Mergers & Acquisitions
French beauty & wellness retailer Oh My Cream has acquired Atelier Nubio, a purveyor of organic nutritional supplements and collagen bone broth. Atelier Nubio was founded as a clean beauty brand in 2014 before pivoting to wellness in 2019. Despite being a retailer, Oh My Cream has been expanding its portfolio of brands lately. In 2023, they purchased Combeau, a sleek supplements brand that launched in 2020. WWD
Sexual wellness brand Dame has acquired Chakrubs, an intimacy wellness brand that offers products made from pure crystal. Lately Dame has been on a buying spree as it transitions from brand to sexual wellness platform. In 2024, they purchased Emojibator for an undisclosed sum. Business Wire

Deductions Got You Down?

High-growth CPG brands like immi, Parch Spirits and Cure Hydration don’t have time to deal with distributor deductions and disputes, so Glimpse puts it on autopilot for them.
Glimpse blends AI and human experts to handle the dirty work of importing PDFs, extracting data, and validating every single line item to spot invalid charges automatically.
We even file disputes on your behalf and follow up until you get the money you’re owed. All on a success-based pricing model, with zero work from your team.
Finance and ops teams love having a single source of truth with all the data and backups connected (and credit memos already created automatically).
Protect your headspace and stay focused on what's important… selling new accounts and building your brand.
