  • Nutrabolt has taken a majority stake in fast-growing wellness brand Bloom Nutrition. Nutrabolt, which owns brands like C4 Energy, Cellucor, and XTEND, first took a 20% stake in Bloom Nutrition early last year. Founded in 2019 by Mari Llewellyn and Greg LaVecchia, Bloom has become one of the fastest-growing wellness brands in the U.S. The company expects revenue to exceed $350M in 2025, up from just under $200M in 2024. For Nutrabolt, the acquisition of Bloom extends its reach into new categories and broadens its consumer base. Nutrabolt is now on pace to surpass $1B in annual revenue. Food Dive

  • Bansk Group expanded its formidable beauty portfolio by acquiring a majority stake in BYOMA, one of the fastest-growing skincare brands in the world. Bansk Group acquired the stake from Yellow Wood Partners. BYOMA originally launched in 2022 and was developed by Future Beauty Labs, a Scottish beauty incubator with an impressive stable of brands.   • Charcuterie Artisans has been acquired by Industrial Opportunity Partners, a private equity firm. Charcuterie Artisans is the company behind Creminelli Fine Meats and Del Duca. The company operates two production facilities in Rhode Island and Salt Lake City. PE Hub

  • Feel Goods, a Los Angeles-based purveyor of immunity, gut, and hydration supplements, raised $4.7M in seed funding from Cutting Horse, Adapt VC, SuperAngel, Air Ventures, and a number of others. Feel Goods has over 200K followers across social media and will finish the year in the 8-figure revenue range. Modern Retail

  • London-based MOMO Kombucha secured £2M in its latest funding round. The company has raised a total of £4.5M since launching in 2018. MOMO’s most recent round included 24 angel investors. FoodBev

  • Premium baby care brand Coterie introduced a range of clean skincare products for babies. Three products are available: First Wash, Soft Cream, and Bun Balm.   • Plonts, a Bay Area-based purveyor of plant-based cheese, is relaunching as Tezza Foods. Instead of plant-based cheese, Tezza Foods will specialize in high-protein Greek yogurt.   • Tandem Foods, a leading manufacturer of protein bars and other better-for-you snacks, opened a brand new manufacturing facility in Cypress, CA.
