The UGC Playbook That Took MASA to 9-Figures 📈

The "wild west" of UGC is dead. If your brand is still paying random influencers for basic unboxing videos, you are burning cash.

At Pixel Theory, we don't guess. We scaled MASA Chips to a near nine-figure run rate.

The secret? We ripped out the traditional agency guessing game and built a Modular Performance UGC Engine.

Here is how we consistently slash CPAs and beat algorithm fatigue:

🎯 Zero-Guesswork Creators: We only use creators we have already spent hundreds of thousands of ad dollars behind. If they don't have a track record of driving conversions, we don't use them.

🧮 Creative Legos: Paying for a single video that fatigues in a week is a terrible model. We shoot modular assets, multiple hooks, raw footage, and a strategic B-roll library so we can mix, match, and restitch ads infinitely.

Stop treating UGC like an art project. Treat it like a math equation.
