  • Galderma, a Swiss dermatology firm that was formerly a joint venture between L'Oréal and Nestlé, is preparing to go public at a possible valuation of $20B. Galderma manufactures products in three key categories: Injectable Aesthetics, Dermatological Skincare, and Therapeutic Dermatology. The company generated more than $4B in net sales in 2023. Reuters

  • JAB Holding Company is looking to sell a $2.5B stake in Keurig Dr Pepper. JAB plans to use the proceeds from the sale to finance its pet insurance play. They’ll still own around 21% of KDP. PR Newswire

  • Energy drink brand Celsius had a massive Q4 with revenue increasing 95% to $347M. International revenue also increased 68% to $14.6M. International revenue is expected to explode now that Suntory is managing UK distribution. Yahoo Finance

  • The once-unstoppable haircare brand Olaplex had a rough 2023. Net sales declined 34.9%, while U.S. sales dipped 47.8%, and international sales fell 18.3%. Olaplex still managed to generate sales of $458M, so all is not lost. Business of Fashion
