Global spirits giant Diageo is divesting UDL and Ruski Lemon, two Australian RTD cocktail brands. The buyer is Vok Beverages, an independent Aussie spirits company with a formidable RTD portfolio. Diageo has been busy disposing of non-core brands recently. The Spirits Business
Fundraising
Curate Capital, a Houston-based investor in female-founded consumer brands, is raising $50M for Fund II. The firm, founded by Carrie Colbert in 2020, is an investor in Curie, Deux, Body Vodka, Red Clay Hot Sauce, and a number of other brands. Curate Capital
DITTO, a UK-based purveyor of clinically backed menstrual health supplements, secured ÂŁ1.35M in pre-seed funding. The round was led by Eka Ventures and included participation from strategic angel investors. Nutrition scientist Alice van der Schoot launched DITTO in 2024. Femtech Insider
Chilled oat bar brand Mooski raised $1.5M in Series A funding. The round was led by an anonymous angel investor who’s done a number of deals in the CPG space. Mooski was founded in 2022 and retails at Fresh Thyme, Mariano’s, Lazy Acres, and other chains. Their products are great. NOSH
Canadian sports nutrition company Cizzle Brands secured a $5M revolving credit facility from eCapital. The company owns CWENCH Hydration and Spoken Nutrition. Cizzle Brands reported net sales of $5.64M for the first half of 2025. Business Wire

Liquid I.V. teased an RTD beverage that’s reportedly launching next week. Based on the marketing slogan — “Crush Today, Crash Tomorrow” — it’s an energy + hydration solution. She’s The Sauce is a new functional condiments brand. Two condiments are currently available — Creamy Ranch and Honey Mustard — which are fortified with protein and fiber. Each serving contains 4g of protein and 2g of fiber. The branding is quite good. She’s The Sauce
Spindrift is getting out of the spiked seltzer biz after launching the line four years ago. Spindrift is discontinuing the boozy seltzer line in order to focus on its much larger sparkling water business. Parade
Beloved San Francisco restaurant Flour + Water is launching a line of frozen pizzas. The company currently offers three 13-inch pizzas: Margherita, Pepperoni, and Cacio e Pepe. The new line is available at Whole Foods Market and independent grocers throughout the Bay Area. The pizzas look great and the packaging is pretty novel. NOSH
Viral Swedish candy brand BUBS officially launched in the U.S. BUBS was founded in 1992 and is bringing four SKUs to the U.S. market. You can find them at Target, Walmart, Kroger, Albertsons, and a handful of other nationwide chains. PR Newswire
Fast-growing protein bar brand BUILT continues to push boundaries with their newest innovation: Sour Puff Protein Bars. The bars are sour, fruity, and contain the brand’s signature puffy center.
