L’Occitane Group has sold Australian skincare brand Grown Alchemist for 28M EUR. The buyer is former L’Occitane Group CEO Andre Hoffman. Grown Alchemist launched in 2008 and L’Occitane purchased a majority stake in 2022. PR Newswire
