  • Arvos is a newly formed global olive company that acquired PĆØre Olive, a leading purveyor of table olives in Belgium. PĆØre Olive joins Bell-Carter Foods (California), AG Olives (Spain), and Georgoudis S.A. (Greece) in Arvos’ portfolio. Fundraising

  • Juice Runners, the canned cocktail brand from hip hop duo Run The Jewels, just secured $2M in seed funding. Juice Runners debuted in September 2023 with a mezcal-based RTD paloma and has largely been self-funded. The company will launch a rum-based cocktail called Sea Legs later this year.   • Nomio, a Swedish startup that produces nutritional supplements for endurance athletes, closed a $4M funding round led by Collaborative Fund. Founded by Oskar Holmblad and based in Stockholm, Nomio discovered a naturally-derived compound from broccoli sprouts called isothiocyanates (ITCs). ITCs have been shown to reduce lactate, lower oxidative stress, and improve recovery time.   • Atlanta-based bodycare brand Hanni secured an investment from L’Oreal via its corporate venture arm. Founded in 2021 by Leslie Tessler, Hanni is available via DTC channels and exclusively at Sephora. Prior investors in Hanni include Melitas Ventures, Cult Capital, and Rodeo Growth Partners.
