  • UK-based Imperial Brands has acquired tobacco alternative brand Black Buffalo for $150M + earnout. Black Buffalo was established in 2015 and backed by Listen Ventures, Access Capital, Watchfire Ventures, Vice Ventures, and several others. The company grew topline revenue by 10x from 2020 to 2022.   • Feel Peptides closed a $3M funding round led by Sugar Capital. The company aims to elevate peptides with its pharmaceutical-grade products and premium branding. Founded by Stephen Brudzeweski and Pamela Borrero, Feel offers peptide formulations designed to support strength, libido, energy, mental clarity, and more.   • Orebella, the clean fragrance brand founded by Bella Hadid in 2024, closed a Series A round led by Silas Capital. Existing investor Celebrands also participated in the round.
