  • L’Occitane Group has sold Australian skincare brand Grown Alchemist for 28M EUR. The buyer is former L’Occitane Group CEO Andre Hoffman. Grown Alchemist launched in 2008 and L’Occitane purchased a majority stake in 2022. PR Newswire

Fundraising

  • Daily Harvest, a purveyor of healthy meals and smoothies, raised $11.5M in a mix of debt and equity funding from undisclosed investors. SEC

  • Lucky F*ck Energy dropped two big announcements. First, the company secured $8M in funding. Second, they rebranded as Lucky Energy. BevNET
